Hello Dear Readers!
If you are in the U.S., I hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving holiday. I appreciated the holiday with my loved ones and a chance to relax.
For this week’s blog post, I would like to start a discussion on the beauty of using our experiences to help others. As infinite beings, we have challenges in life that can either break us or make us, but it depends on our choices. When we decide to use our experiences to grow as individuals, we can use our experiences to help others and a beautiful difference in the world.
I know some individuals struggle with the notion that experiences can make a positive difference. For some individual, the idea of seeing experiences as an opportunity of self-growth is non-existent. Perhaps they are stuck in pain, which is understandable. However, there is goodness when we decide to transition from victim mode to survival mode, and then finally into a thriving mode.
To thrive, individuals must expand out of the pain and explore opportunities to promote self-growth. And one way to promote self-growth is through helping others. Through our pain, we gain unique skills, and perhaps other individuals are experiencing similar situations and do not have the necessary resources to get through it. However, you, as an infinite being, have the necessary tools, experiences, and heart to help those individuals.
As the spiritual messenger, I plan to use my experiences and skills to help you and others see their full potential. Personally, I’m expanding the Euphoric Gratitude blog to become a haven for individuals on their spiritual journeys. Also, I have a passion for assisting millennial women on their journeys as well. As a millennial woman, I understand the burden of having high expectations in life and the need to feel grounded. So, it is my mission to provide guidance and support in a beautiful an graceful way.
To help you think about how you can help others, here are some possible ways to help other individuals:
- Mentoring/Coaching (non-profit organizations, etc.)
- Speaking (speeches, podcast, videos, etc. )
- Writing (poetry, books, essays, etc. )
- Physical Activities (yoga instructor, etc.)
Those are just several suggestions but do not limit yourself to these ideas. Take some time to reflect on your experiences and begin to help others, which is a great way to heal.
So, how do you plan to help others and make a difference in this world? Leave your comments below.
Much gratitude and love,
