Hi, Euphoric Gratitude Readers! I would like to apologize for my delayed post. Last week was such a busy week for me. I hope everyone enjoyed Mother’s Day (in the United States, Canada, and Australia).

For this week’s discussion, I would like to dedicate this post to all mother figures. Whether you are a mother to children, a mother to fur babies, or a mother figure to other individuals, it is important to honor all of our mother figures because they are major contributors in our lives.

“Family isn’t always blood. It’s the people in your life who want you in theirs; the ones who accept you for who you are. The ones who would do anything to see you smile and who love you no matter what.”

I wholeheartedly appreciate and love my mother, grandmothers, Great-grandmother, and aunts. However, there is something special about other mother figures in my life. I think about all of my favorite teachers, much older friends, and doctors who have always been a special guidance in my life. The level of comfort allows me to be myself and not feel as though I have to be perfect. The guidance of my mother figures has shown me the path to my true character as a woman. It allowed me to do the same for young women and girls. It is my deepest desire to be a person who others feel completely comfortable to share their thoughts and to ask for guidance without fear of judgment. If I can be anything like my mother figures, I hope to be a rock in the lives of others.

So this week, I would like for you to reflect on your mother figures and honor them with love and gratitude because they’re just as important as your mother, grandmothers, and other blood relatives. Also, It is crucial to use their guidance to show you how to help other individuals as well.

Although this week’s post is a bit short, I would love to hear your thoughts on how you will honor all of your mother figures. I hope my voice throughout my blog will be an additional mother figure to you as well. Thank you for reading this week’s post and for your contribution!

In Euphoric Gratitude and Love,

Jeannie
