Today marks my 210th consecutive day of meditation. Since July of 2016, I have started a daily practice of mindfulness, and it included checking in with my inner being through meditation. Based on observations, meditation is an amazing way to get in touch with the heart and stabilize any unwanted vibrational energy. As infinite beings, we are vibrational individuals, and there is great power in how we feel and vibrate. Depending on the way we feel, the feelings transition into our vibration, and our vibration indicates how we will respond to situations, which ultimately reflects future outcomes. Since the Universe does not respond to words, but instead vibrations, it is crucial to be mindful of how we feel because our feelings are early indications of the experience of future outcomes.
“The Universe is responding to your vibration, and your vibration is about the way you feel.” – Abraham-Hicks
Throughout most of my life, I have always made decisions based on my emotions. I would react with emotions and resist things that I did not want in my life. Without knowing, the very same resistance would attract more things that I did not want. However, I did not understand that my emotions just meant that I was off my alignment with my true self, and I needed to get back in alignment. I did not realize that I must take a step back to check in with my vibration and realign with my inner being. Moreover, my emotions indicated that my inner being believed the complete opposite of egoic emotional perspective, and I needed to take steps to align with love. Meditation helped with the alignment. I was able to feel my emotions and explore what my emotions were trying to tell me, which allowed me to resolve issues and tap into my inner peace. Despite circumstances, I always make “feeling good” a priority. As a result, I am able to create my own reality through feel good vibrations, which determines how I will experience future outcomes.
Although meditation is a great step, I would like to share a couple of other helpful suggestions on how practice feel good vibrations.
- Question Your Negative Emotions And Focus On Your Desire
Your negative emotions are always trying to tell you something. It is a way to allow you to take a deeper look at what you want – your desire. It is important to ask yourself “what is my desire?” and begin to focus on it. As a result, you will begin to feel a vibration of positivity via your desire. In addition, the focus of desire is a form of self-love and self-care.
- Feel Good First and Then Take Action
Regardless of circumstances, it is important not to react based on emotions. Instead, it is crucial to “feel good” and then take action. By doing so, you will respond with love and mindfulness, and not based on negative emotions. The goal is the dissipate the negative emotions by focusing on your desire and love, which will create positive, good feeling energy, which will vibrate positivity to the universe.
Throughout my mindfulness experience, I came across Abraham-Hicks and Law of Attraction. As a result, the feel good vibrations were influenced by such teachings. There is infinite power in the concept of vibrations. “The better you feel, the more in alignment you are. The worse you feel, the more out of alignment you are.” – Abraham-Hicks. Therefore, it is my desire that you practice the vibration of feeling better and create beautiful realities through our vibrational energy.
Thank you for reading this post! I look forward to your thoughts. Sending you continuous vibes of peace, love, and happiness.
